Great location, it was just next door to tram stop at the end of the road. I tried some drinks at bar The Red Lion, located 20 minutes walk away. Stayed in double room with a good selection on offer which was perfect for me.
Disappointing aspect was quite small bathroom.

The setting was magnificent, near to tram stop at the end of the road, and the tower and pleasure Beach.
